Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing 10X Real Estate Club. We are committed to providing high-quality real estate education and training. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Digital Product Policy

All our courses, membership programs, and digital training materials are delivered online. As these are intangible products, refunds are generally not applicable once access is provided.

2. No Refund After Course Access

Once you receive login access, or content is delivered to your registered email/WhatsApp, no refund request will be accepted for any reason including:

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of usage or interest

  • Incorrect purchase by the customer

  • Results not meeting expectations

We provide knowledge — results depend on your effort, market conditions & decision-making.

3. Exceptions (Eligible for Refund)

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Payment was made but access not received within 72 hours

  • Duplicate or accidental multiple payments

  • Technical issues that prevent course access & cannot be resolved

4. Cancellation

  • Once enrollment is completed, cancellation is not available.

  • Subscription-based products (if any) can be canceled for future billing cycles, but previous payments remain non-refundable.

5. Payment Disputes / Chargebacks

Unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as:

  • Breach of policy

  • Fraudulent claim

We reserve the right to suspend account access and take legal action if required.

6. Policy Changes

We may revise this policy anytime. Updates will be shown with a new “Last Updated” date.
